Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for families who are constantly on moving. Lightweight and compact, with the ability to fold in one hand. The front suspension and all-terrain wheel as well as the multi-position reclining seats, can accommodate children weighing up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and children and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its flimsy design with hard plastic seats, and a design that is old-fashioned. It's also expensive compared to other strollers with lighter weights and is therefore not the best choice when you're looking for an economical option.
It's not the most light stroller but it's got enough features that it is worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can jump curbs with minimal effort unlike many other light strollers that drift off course when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs are hanging in this manner. And the absence of padding doesn't make it any easier.
In our tests and testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a bit more complicated to close the cloud, however. You must slide a slider and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be a hassle especially if you're trying to manage kids at the same time.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however you'll probably need to put something in for the back to take it out. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and children with two cup holders however both are too narrow to accommodate larger bottles or cups.

Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent option for parents looking for an easy-to-use double that can accommodate two children. Its sling-style seats are comfortable and provide a similar amount of headroom, allowing children to sit together. Contrary to other strollers with side-by-side seating that are available, the Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that is an ideal spot to nap. The recline feature is simple to use, but it doesn't really go flat. Taller children may have legs hanging out when in reclined mode. It also comes with a large canopy which we found to be superior in blocking out the sun than other strollers in our top double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to navigate through door frames, which was a major problem for us with some other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are close to the ground. The only drawback is its small storage space, which is uncomfortable when filled with kids' toys.
